The Hul are a timid and meek race, who probably didn't know what they were getting into when they Uplifted the Soro. They retired to their homeworld shortly after finishing the Uplift of the Soro (perhaps realizing what they had unleashed). They have a waning interest in Galactic affairs, but are in the autumn of their Galactic life.

The Hul live only on their homeworld, where they are content to philosophize and meditate.
