"Zang" is the generic term for a large and reclusive conglomerate of Hydrogen Breathers. They are believed to be a major political faction in their own culture, but what their equivalent in oxygen breathing society is unclear.

The Zang have recently been ceded Galaxy Four in its entirety for an as of yet undetermined amount of time.
